As we all know the COVID-19 breakout has made a huge impact on our country and economy over recent weeks. We take this virus very seriously and would like to inform you how we are handling this.
First and foremost, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and customers is our number one priority. While we are always diligent when it comes to cleaning and workplace safety, we have implemented additional processes.
Examples of these additional and already implemented actions include:
- No face-to-face meetings required: Although we normally love meeting with customers directly, we have adapted to estimates and follow-up by phone and email
- Paperless transactions: You can sign and return contracts or paperwork by email
- Daily sanitation: We are sanitizing and disinfecting all workplaces daily. In addition, employees are thoroughly washing their hands routinely with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or hand sanitizer when soap and water is not an option
- Compliance with CDC guidelines: In addition to asking our employees to stay home if they feel ill, we are also taking extra measures to clean and disinfect their tools, work attire, personal protection equipment (PPE) and other equipment and gear
